At HCS, we take immense pride in our legacy, which traces back over thirty years to when Robert Holland, best known as “Granddad,” founded the company as Holland Home & Commercial Services. From its inception, Robert instilled a strong foundation of honesty and integrity, shaping the way we operate to this day.

In 2011, Robert brought his granddaughter, Keely Holland Brown, into the business to help manage the office. By 2016, she began overseeing daily operations.
In December 2019, Keely passed the HVAC and Refrigeration Board Exam, and in 2022, Robert transitioned ownership to Keely. This made Keely the third generation certified at HCS and one of the few Female-Owned and Operated Heating and Cooling companies in the country.
Keely carries forward the principles of honesty and integrity instilled by her grandfather, ensuring that our company continues to thrive while prioritizing our valued clients and dedicated team members.
